The final size of your piece will depend on how many, and the combination of characters are in your chosen word.

Small - Maximum 30cm wide x 10cm high (whichever comes first)

Medium - Maximum 40cm wide x 15cm high (whichever comes first)

Large - Maximum 50cm wide x 20cm high (whichever comes first)

xLarge - Maximum 59cm wide X 30cm high (whichever comes first) 

Jumbo - Maximum 90cm wide X 60cm high (whichever comes first)

A name with less characters will likely reach the maximum height before reaching the maximum length. Longer names will likely reach the maximum length before they reach the maximum height.

Example:

Leo will reach maximum height quickly were as Charlotte will reach the maximum length before height. In this case Charlotte would be made as large as possible before reaching length capacity and in proportion.
